 NAM-KHC International

Das NAM-KlinikHotel Castle (NAM-KHC) wurde als SC-Fund UK (SCF) eigenes Projekt bei der UNO angemeldet und in der HUMANITARIAN ID Plattform, Liste: „Organisationen“, an alphabetischer Positions-Nr. 3.607, Stand 05.08.2019, aufgenommen.

Auf Grund dieser humanitären Qualifikation avancierte das NAM-KHC zu einem staatlich orientierten, bevorzugten Vorhaben. Jede Standort NAM-KHC Immobilien Gesellschaft (NAM-IMMO) kann international über die UNO Förderungsgelder von der Weltbank erhalten. Vollständige und nachprüfbare Unterlagen sind bei der Beantragung von Fördermitteln vorzulegen. Ebenfalls können die betroffenen Kommunen und das jeweilige Land Förderungen für Infrastruktur Massnahmen beantragen.

SC-Fund UK kann als Dienstleister die UNO-Fördermaßnahmen unterstützen und auf konsultativer Weise für den/die Begünstigten begleiten.

Nach erfolgreicher positiver Compliance Prüfung können Investitions-Darlehen durch den SC-Fund UK koordiniert und bereitgestellt werden, sofern die Bonitätskriterien erfüllt sind.

Es gilt europäisches Recht *mit deutscher Rechtsgrundlage*, je nach Ort und Land der Klage/des Klägers außerhalb Deutschlands. Es gilt *Deutscher Text und Deutsches Recht*. Übersetzungen dienen ausschließlich nur zur besseren Verständigung jeweiliger Landessprachen und sind rechtsunwirksam.

The NAM-KlinikHotel Castle (NAM-KHC) was registered as SC-Fund UK (SCF) own project at the UNO and included in the HUMANITARIAN ID Platform, list: „Organisations“, at alphabetical position no. 3.607, status 05.08.2019.

On the basis of this humanitarian qualification, the NAM-KHC advanced to a state-oriented preferred project. Each NAM-KHC Real Estate Company (NAM-IMMO) site can receive international funding from the World Bank through the UNO. Complete and verifiable documents must be submitted when applying for funding. The municipalities concerned and the respective country can also apply for infrastructure funding.

SC-Fund UK as a service provider can support the UN support measures and accompany them in a consultative way for the beneficiary(ies).

After a successful positive compliance check, investment loans can be coordinated and provided by the SC-Fund UK if the creditworthiness criteria are met.

European law *with German legal basis* shall apply, depending on the place and country of the claimant outside Germany. *German text and German law* shall apply. Translations serve exclusively only for the better understanding of respective national languages and are legally ineffective.
